Q:Is it heavy on the head?

A:This is comparable to the weight of a heavy ponytail or a thick hat. Most clients find it comfortable for all-day wear. If you are particularly sensitive to weight, we recommend starting with a slightly smaller style using 2 packs (4 bundles) to see what feels best for you.

Q:Can I wash the crochet hair?

A:Detangle Gently: Before wetting, gently finger-comb or use a wide-tooth comb to remove any knots from the extensions, starting from the ends and working up.
Dilute & Apply Shampoo:
Mix a small amount of sulfate-free shampoo with water in a spray bottle. This helps apply it directly to the scalp without over-saturating the hair.
Gently lift the crochet hair and spray the shampoo mixture directly onto your scalp and braided base.
Use your fingertips (not nails) to gently massage your scalp and cleanse it.
Rinse Thoroughly:
Tilt your head back under a gentle, cool shower stream.
Let the water rinse the shampoo through your braids and out of the extensions. Avoid rubbing or twisting the hair.
Condition & Hydrate:
Apply a lightweight, sulfate-free conditioner or a diluted leave-in conditioner mainly to the mid-lengths and ends of the extensions. Avoid the roots to prevent scalp buildup.
Leave it in for 3-5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cool water.
Dry Completely:
Gently squeeze out excess water with a microfiber towel. Do not wring or twist.
Air dry completely. Use a hooded dryer on a low, cool setting for faster results. Ensure your scalp and braids are 100% dry to prevent mildew and odor.
Final Moisturize & Style:
Once dry, apply a light oil or serum to the ends of the extensions for shine.
Gently style as desired and protect with a satin bonnet overnight.
Wash your crochet style every 1-2 weeks, or as needed based on your activity level.
