If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team before returning any item.

 


 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

· The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

· The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

· Lace must remain uncut.

· Hair texture must remain in its original condition.

· All original tags, packaging, gifts, and accessories must be included.

All returned products are carefully inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.

 


 

How To Start A Return

1. Contact our customer service team and provide your order number.

2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return address.

3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.

4. Send us the tracking number once the package has been shipped.

Please do not return any item without prior authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not qualify for a refund.

 


 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. CLJHair is not responsible for lost return packages.

 


 

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

· Inspection Time: 1–3 business days

· Refund Processing: 3–5 business days

· Bank Processing: 5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 


 

Exchange Policy

If you would like a different length, texture, color, or product, please contact our support team.

After your return is approved and received, replacement products are generally shipped within 3 business days.

 


 

Repair Service

We offer complimentary repair evaluation for eligible CLJHair wigs within 90 days of delivery.

To request a repair:

1. Contact customer service.

2. Submit photos or videos of the issue.

3. Wait for repair approval.

4. Ship the item to the address provided by our team.

Repair turnaround time is generally 15–30 business days.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

· Cut lace wigs

· Worn products

· Washed products

· Colored or bleached hair

· Customized orders

· Clearance or final-sale items

· Products damaged by improper use

 


 

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos for verification.

Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
