I received my order 2 in weeks. The hair was soft. When I applied heat it gave a stinky smell to it. Other than that it is cute, seem like the quality is good

If you are having second thoughts on this buy it. I got 20inches and let me just tell you it’s soft. Not to mention Nancy is a angel and always kept me updated/ gave me advice for the wig. I will do an update after a month or so but as for now I love it! Not to mention shipping was fast! Got it in a few days!
